The present group started accumulating at .0031 for the pump. They have been unsuccessful after trying many times as there are so many Rule 144 shares constantly becoming eligible to trade.
Looks like they are getting out before it gets delisted next month. Everyone has their own criteria when doing DD on a stock. Just can't imagine what the draw is to a proven fraud with zero employees. Just a husband and wife team taking advantage of green investors. They ran out of cash and ran out of shares to issue to raise more. All can be confirmed easily.
