#33562 RE: Investing26 #33497

Did anyone else catch this in all the hoopla (just asking):

"Mr. Gay, also currently serves as Managing Director of Triple Enterprises, a business advisory service firm that assists mid-cap sized companies with financing, mergers and acquisitions and strategic planning, where he will continue his roll."

No, not the spelling error (roll=role). But that Gay will still be working for his company as a Managing Director?

What does that mean for $GIGL? A less than full-time CEO.

I was one of the people who said we should build one store at a time until we get a full-time team (Then consider more than one store at a time--I NEVER wrote to stop at one store).

While this new CEO news is what so many of us have wanted, I'm curious as to how Gay splits his time between being the Managing Director at his company and the CEO of another company?

Let's be real here...It's looking like Parsi is still the only full-time executive at $GIGL. This ends up being just a title change for Parsi and Gay but Parsi is still the full-timer and Gay is still a part-timer.

Same as before. Yes, any change is good. But why is Gay only a part-time CEO? If they are to expand, they need a full-time CEO for sure.

(BTW Chuck...I no longer have PM access....I agree with you though.)
