The only fact you stated there was VICT is on the greys. Which we already knew. The rest is your opinion. I have yet to see or hear any facts that Frank or VICT are scams. Just alot of personal opinions. I however have seen plenty of factual DD provided by many members that show the opposite. VICT and Frank are very real and are far from a scam.

$VICT False there is NO DD to support $VICT being non-legit. Revenue producing company ----> Pleanty of FACTS to back that up.

Everyone should be basing there judgments off Facts not opinion based DD.
