To fully observe GAAP, Steve Berman needs to include in the FINS a 'Reserve for Sales Returns & Allowances, and Reserve for Allowance for Doubtful Accounts' for potential bad debts from customers. And since he doesn't, that's the reason why you will NEVER see an audit. Because it would restate ONCI $1.7 mil revenue number significantly lower.
