Not priced in because people thought they were getting news of a "FINALIZED DEAL" ... a part of selling today was lack of confidence in follow through, the news was that they were still "finalizing" people sold or lightened up substantially with the apprehensive thought... great what if they don't actually make it all the way to close... When it closes I will buy more and others will buy back what they lightened up on ... all... imo
