Me too, but there is something about the completion of the plans that are in the works. I don't see any reason too wait once the Regulation is done. Right now I know congress attention is distracted by market volatility and pretty sure they are as clueless as we are. These market swings are crazy. I like too know too but like how it keeps congress uneasy and restless. There is a chance that the talk of debt and interest rates has scared them a bit but watching them and how they project that debt is of no conciquence, I now believe is code for we best get our shlt together before the winds change direction. They sure look calm and collected and now working in somewhat the same direction. Scary isn't it.
