As far as I'm concerned they could be selling the cream right now in California. MMJ is legal so why not? They simply need to find a company that can manufacture, package, and market the cream according to their specifications. They're out there, I sent them the address of one myself. This particular company even grows their own strains and has state of the art extraction equipment. I have no idea if the company will use them as there are others that do the same thing. I'm hoping they can market the cream somewhere in the world this year, not next. IMO they're waiting on the results of the safety study before proceeding. You say what happened to Germany... good question however I don't count Germany out, he simply didn't mention it. Perhaps they're waiting on the results of our tests as well, or their laws need to change. Don't really know.
