Vote yes and shareholders get screwed , vote no and shareholders and BODs and management gets screwed , what a friggin disaster there crawling on there knees begging , nothing a good swift kick in the chops won't fix , about time to stand our ground like THE ALAMO !!!!!! NO TO OUR LOSER STAFF ACROSS THE BOARD !!!!!!!

Agreed, you've stated it well. I don't have much respect left for this BOD or senior management, but voting YES for authorizing new shares is an easy vote for me.
