Investors who bought when? Ones who bought before conservatorship should have been wiped out the way other shareholders of bailed-out companies were, and ones who bought after would get around $11 per share which would be a gain of at least 100%, as much as 4300% (cost basis of $0.25). I can't characterize either of those as mistreatment.

this doesn't matter - the entire c-ship was a fraud. This is the information I'm speaking to. Not some time-ownership based repayment plan symantics. I'm talking about prospective investors.

Look the entire thing was a fraud, and now that's public. Sorry! you don't get to starwipe your hands and say a fraud didn't happen. It did, it's ongoing, and there is a massive cover up about it. People who are managing lots and lots of money know this.

Anyone who got completely wiped out as a result of owning shares in FnF succumbed to excessive portfolio concentration. No investment is perfectly safe.

your last quote doesn't address fraud. Fraud at the government level. This is why it's a major crime. Also this is a wholly callous view on this situation.

oh and btw you still didn't convince me that anyone will show up.

Glad you have no say in any of these matters!

How a company treats there shareholders should and is foremost important. I have see companies abuse shareholders and I have seen companies give temporary lumps too shareholders just too reward them for hanging with them. If you are in a troubled company that is bought by Warren he will most likely screw you and call it good business. He looks after his shareholders and not in business shareholders. I think he should keep them as they stayed and should be rewarded and not have their monies stolen. The situation with the twins is bigger then just them, it is the good faith of the government at stake here. These companies are profitable and should be returned too the market and restitution should be made in some manner like no more harm and increase market share price. It should be clear too everybody that the king in this situation has no clothes. The government should attempt too salvage and redeemed it's history with these companies or trust will continue too tarnish. They may even help the judicial system by showing they were in compliance in buying time for conservatorship and congress before the release.
