If we get news of another contract before they cover, the move up will only be that much more powerful. Could get some momo going and take us way up...where it belongs.

And at this point I think the company would be foolish not to get the NOBO list too.

If they have even half a brain they'll strategically announce the NOBO list at the same time they put out the next positive PR.

There are ways to fight back if you give a damn and have a little smarts.
