Looks like possible pre-loading for a P&D. I've had a few shares here since 2009 when it had huge P&D based off false reverse merger rumors.
Since then it happens about once every 1 to 2 years because the share structure is really nice so the iHub promoters keep coming back to it, last July it ran to just under .002 and crashed immediately.
