I will applaud them if they got me a 2000% gain on my initial investment! R/S will only be considered if they trade above .05 for 30 days and want to trade on the big boards. So 2000% gain and uplist to big boards, sounds good to me!

LIGA states NO RS PERIOD. Unless over 5 cents for 30 days or Uplist To NASDAQ!!

By means of Corporate Resolution, there will be no reverse split of LIGA common stock before December 31, 2019 unless the common stock trades above .05 per share for at least 30 calendar days or in the event that LIGA is converted to list on NASDAQ exchange for compliance with the minimum share price required by NASDAQ to maintain active listing status.
