Scottrade has changed to TD Ameritrade and Ive yet to figure out their system, I was told they have free L2 but anyone can go to their brokerage and place a mock order to see a real time quote. Everywhere esle shows a 15 minute delay, even here unless you subscribe to Ihubs level 2 service. But since none of the longs are selling, why bother?
