MB Horticulture (that company) is apparently doing extremely well.
But this forum is focused on their shell company "Majic Wheels" (MJWL), which has absolutely nothing to do with the revenues of its owner.
In your extensive DD of "MW Horticulture" , have you come across anything pertinent to their affiliation with "Majic Wheels"???
Why own a shell with the MW initials if you have no plans to go from a FOR PROFIT PRIVATE company into a FOR PROFIT PUBLIC co by reverse merging into your very own MJWL ticker?
In other words, what's the purpose of owning this MJWL shell if your not going to utilize it for its true intended purpose?
In my opinion, the content of Fridays PR was accurate. I think Denise & Mark had intended on issuing that PR at a later date but it was released early.
From Denise's email:

Carefully chosen words. Of course there is no merger in position "at this time" because it has to go through proper protocol and approval by FINRA.
This is the equivalent of your child asking you "Dad, can you take us to the mall?"- and dad's response is "i cant take you to the mall at this time".
This doesnt mean he's denying his children a trip to the mall. He just can't take them right now, but he will later.

sunbiz.org if your intentions arent to RM into the MJWL ticker that they already own.
That being said, the PPS should at least pop to .0004
