Agreed - and if you participate - dilution doesn't really apply to you (or as much). LTG hit the nail on the head...JP would prefer that we fund it as if the backstop does, then it's more people on the board etc. JP gets less control. It's his baby BUT he also has 26M reasons to make it work for himself, his spouse, and 3 kids !

More than $2 or $3 million issued at .02 will completely wreck the share structure and will place a low ceiling on the future stock price. At some point there will be a reverse split to reduce the number of shares, and we all know how that game typically plays out.
