If you take a look at my next post(57037) it kind of gives you an outline on what this company does in regards to companies like Advaxis who hire this firm or one like it, in order perhaps to collect information amongst other agendas.
The push and assumed concern about BOD votes has interesting overtones. They’re guaranteed to be re-elected as they’re running unopposed and only require a voting plurality to be seated.
I do think however it’s problematic if they garner only 25% or even 40% of the votes cast. Aside from the terrible optics of a BOD that’s just received a vote of no confidence I think it opens them up to being challenged by 3rd parties or big Investors who could apply heat to replace certain members, force members to retire or install their own additions to the board by arguing the board has weakened or no standing.
I doubt ADXS leadership has a large appetite, nor the time to go to the mat with big Investors to fight for the current BOD who’s track record for adding value to advance the company’s agenda is questionable at best.
