At this point, it’s all optics, IMO. You want to increase Authorized Shares? Ask for 2 billion and I’ll happily go along. As we get closer to phase 3 completion and with some good news, you could do a private placement, for example, at $.04, $.08, $.20 and not as near as many shares.

Theoretically, a reverse split means nothing, but in the OTC they mean trouble. People will short the crap out of DCTH (Exhibit A). Worse, DCTH exec team sat on their asses and did nothing to stave off the complete PPS cratering over a period of 2 months (Exhibit B); and by far the worst thing? Having to listen to the chorus of chimps on iHub for the next three months.
