If you have 1 million shares at .50 the company is worth 500 k. if you do a 2:1 rs you have 500k shares at a 1. So now you have the $1 share price but market cap doesnt change at 500k. You do the offering and you would just drive the market cap down further. So please explain to me how it fixes it to do a rs? I'm not being a dick I just fail to see how a rs will solve this.
