Wow....that is really sickening, never seen anything like that.....everything for them....ZERO for shareholders (bag holders). No wonder they cannot consummate ANY partnership.....after they take their cut, it'll leave little to fund the trials and the business.....who would want a part of that kind of deal? So 7 Board Members (non-executive) X 2.5% is 17.5% of any non-dilutive funding???? Well, since they cannot get any partnerships or outside funding, I guess it is a moot point....heck if I was a Board Member I'd get rid of these guys just because they cannot deliver the cherry for them.
