Hey PC. Nice to hear from you. I felt the same way about that bud and breakfast in Canada but so far seems to be a nice move especially since they will grow on the property which I believe he mentioned last time around. So multiple revenue streams with that move. He does have his hands in a lot of verticals but one or all will pay off down the road and we are at the beginning of it.
