cdiddy, I'm just not sure how you do a hybrid strategy. If you are trying to monetize without dilution then you do it until it either happens or it doesn't. I don't see how you can mitigate the chance that it may not work out. Although that may very well be what they ultimately did. Offer shares while continuing to negotiate. If your point is that they should have offered some shares during the beginning of the negotiation process as a hedge, maybe you are right, maybe not. Not enough information. But I can tell you one thing, the people here would have been up in arms about that despite what they say now in hindsight.

One clear answer to this question:

"the question we probably differ on is, to what extent this outcome should fall on MGMT and their decision making...they put all their eggs in one basket and that is never the best strategy"

The answer is no matter how you allocate the blame, this total failure does not deserve fat non-merit raises and retention bonuses nor any more RSUs.

"Not enough info to determine whether Tony has done a good job or a bad job in negotiating licensing deals thus far."

Plenty of info Ig...9 months, ZERO results, dilution. Total fail. Wake up and smell the coffee.

Most places would fire the people associated with such a blunder. ADXS gives out retention bonuses.
