Biggest red flag to me right now is the fact they have secured 50 million but haven't even said how they are going to use it. If they truly have 50 million whoever is giving it isn't making money on it til it is put to use. How long would they be OK with their money sitting on the sideline?

Don't worry, soon is the answer. Everything will be okay soon.

And then whenever it doesn't happen soon just smile and keep saying soon because with patience soon will be here soon even if it's not that soon it'll still be soon.
