It’s easy, the company calls a known toxic death spiral cd note loan shark, tells them if you give me money, I’ll give you freely tradable shares at 75% off current pps levels, loan shark gives money, company gives tens of millions of shares, shares sold quickly, loan shark gets money back with profit, company gets cash to try to keep the lights on... the only loser is the shareholder!!
