Unfortunately I agree. I've loved this stock for two years but having 15k in a stock that could be being investigated by the SEC has spooked me a little.

yes it is being manipulated down. Every run is being ruined. I know what I have seen past month. There is no SEC anything.. undervalued stock in the hands of impatient pennystock traders. If this can go back over .43 this should attempt at new highs
One piece of good news this is over .70
coincidence all the SEC investigation peeps out of the woods at this time where it breaks support. I will be here to say no SEC investigation! when it breaks .70
