Whether or not to agree to third-party arbitration as HL did or remain on strike, I believe. Hope they agree to arbitration. Who knows which way the arbitrators will decide. Either way, it's back to making money for both parties. Wouldn't mind grabbing some more sub-3.50's again before the jump!
