For one thing, in my opinion a lot of the problems that both Dan and Tony have experienced are a result of the relentless attack on the share price. If the stock was at fair value—say in the 20’s for argument’s sake—think of the problems that would not have developed. Dan could have issued 5 million shares for $100 million plus several times and all of this angst we are going through the last 2-3 would never have occurred. If not for the serious dent in the ability to raise capital, would the company really appear to be on a bad track? Phase 3 going strong, PETX approval, good data coming out, NEO about to start, potential early EMA approval, etc. The answer is pretty clear.
