Only a fool would think market would ignore it when selling is done even if the hospital lost $2m in the past which is also meaningless because it could be different with a new management.
The selling with limited news is the only reason why it´s going down. With more news this would trade stronger and higher even with selling.
But it´s a real company, we get limited news and they filed the pre filing which then scared traders without any reason. There was not even a date or ratio in it.
Maybe market has to see that acquisition closes to recover.
