Has NATO implemented it? Has the negotiation on the West Coast been completed? It's been months now! It's all about hype and no REAL deals! Anyone can say they are proud or they are negotiating but where does the rubber hit the street. $$$$ but none of that to report. If the FINS show little or no revenue and new notes this stock is DOA! I don't say that lightly since I will watch a couple G disappear with it.
