That is terrific news and I hope it all materializes...
Hopefully no more need to create new shares and dilute. It would be a tremendous show of good faith to BIEL shareholders to surrender the final Billion authorized shares that have not yet reached the market. Cap it at 19B and the PPS may just go straight to Mars and bypass the Moon.

Great Post. Can you venture a guess on what percent penetration Actipatch will get with the NHS? I agree with everything you said. I believe the market is going to get shocked by this stock.
