Any knowledge on his role as touchpoint in U.S.? I read something and can't recall where I saw it.

He's listed as an advisory board member because he still is one to this day. He's " inactive" because he's not needed as much to run operations anymore due to all the new people who have come in.... Namely Hirsch, Hannah, and the CFO. Look up what advisory board means, when you start to bring in top notch people like OWCP has done some people on the advisory board can take a back seat. If you're on the board of directors taking a back seat is not an option.
