#89721 RE: 2012sandman #89716

Sorry to deflate the positivity, but MMEX is just a so-so share-selling scheme.

MMEX's "real property" was acquired for $10.00 (ten dollars) "and other consideration." The warranty deed is on file with the Pecos County clerk.

Ostensibly, the "real permit" being referenced is the TCEQ Type O AQP - this was acquired by MMEX for the application fee of $100.00 (one hundred dollars) - the fees paid to Trinity and VFuels for their contribution to the application were not disclosed, and therefore not material.

The "real trucking company" is an "agreement" (not a contract, or other material obligation, and therefore not material) proffered by MMEX itself, with no substantive disclosure or corroborating PR.

The "real contractors" and the "real survey" similarly have no corroborating PR, no substantive disclosure, and are therefore not material.

The remaining claims, "soon the real financing!!" and "MMEX is the real deal" have been bandied about for more than a year now, and have thus far proven false - no financing has materialized, and the only evidence of MMEX is related to facts that point out it to be a share-selling scheme.

a real company, like the real road the real property the real permit the real trucking company the real contractors the real survey and soon the real financing!! MMEX is the real deal
