No actually it had nothing to do with Harry. It was about hype BS of .037 by the end of 2017 and all the other fabricated stories that were told. Harry has done nothing to date with the CWIR shell. He has not completed one thing. He cant even keep the filings current and get rid of the CE. The guy has proven to be worthless.
