That "Click-Bait" site's intentionally misrepresenting meaningless intra-day MM order processing volume as "naked shorts"....Lying on their part.

MMs often borrow shares very briefly as part of their job to quickly process orders...."Making a Market"....Without them, OTC trading would be a mess...

That's NOT the same as naked shorting, or short "Interest". All completely different things.
