So a prospective partner simply has to say...
1 you have enough money to last about a year
2 you don’t have shares to offer and raise more since your shareholders voted down the ability to capitalize your company with another 30MM shares
3 we don’t see you as a going concern beyond this year

You think a BP needs Marcum to tell them if Advaxis is is a going concern? No, they do not.

There are 10-K/A filings containing subsequent events (i.e. subsequent to the end of the fiscal year but prior to the next quarterly filing) that are nevertheless applicable to the preceding fiscal year. An auditor's "going concern" qualification is one reason for such a filing. (This info can also be filed as an 8-K rather than a 10-K/A.)

10-Q filings for quarterly results are indeed unaudited, which is the point I was making in my original post in this thread.

In short, the "going concern" issue is not a red herring, IMO.
