Proof is coming, that’s how the justice system works in the USA.
If they had nothing the case would have been dismissed long ago.
It’s an ongoing case with an ongoing investigation. The SEC is probably gathering PROOF today of more and more criminal and civil infractions that Bruce and associates are guilty of.

There is no proof that the SEC has no proof........it isnt over until it’s over.

And since no charges have been dismissed it’s not over.

The fact that the case is still active is the proof that the SEC has tons of evidence and proof of wrongdoing by Bruce and associates.........
