Only the common shares are reversed. WANG has a ton of preferred that apparently are not subjected to the reverse split. So, he convert at a much higher price (at his leisure). Let's see how tight the float is after the reverse or will he flood the market with his shares and still keep silent. It's a LOTTO play without and guidance and info from Investor Relations....
