I had thought about that angle also, in terms of CBW having fingers in the pie across the country. In fact, that is one of the main reasons why I took a position in CBW, was the diversification their business model inherently provides. But many of their individual licensees/partners are going to be relatively rather small. And who knows what metrics or parameters these provinces will eventually use to decide who "wins" the licenses to supply their products. If they prefer to license larger suppliers, that might work against CBW due to most of CBW's licensees/partners being smaller than the likes of Aphria and Canopy. It is definitely going to be interesting to see how this all plays out.
On the positive side, I am sure Chuck is very well aware of the political atmosphere in the various provinces, and the other potential influences that might dictate the approval of suppliers, and he seems to be quite confident in the future of CBW. At this time I choose to believe his confidence is well founded, so I am long. If future developments confirm his optimism I will add to my position.
