TX, welcome nice to have you posting- I can assure you it does cause some delay and issue with holding parent companies of multiple subsidiaries. were not talking run of the mill stuff like S corp, LLC, or public companies with no subsidiaries. on the upside, the new tax laws will more than likely increase bottom line revenues.
