Investors must be made ware of falsehoods and know that the OTC does not dictate if a company is reporting or not. The SEC does. MYEC filed a Form 10 to become reporting. Only way it becomes non-reporting is if the SEC revokes registration (send to greys) or MYEC files a Form 15. Neither has happened yet. Corroboration is on SEC.gov. Lots of corroboration
