Actually there is a bit of protocol that needs to be followed. A caveat emptor status should be removed so that investors feel confident that all filings and paperwork are in order. It's very important that a company become OTC pink current information prior to investors taking position. Although I'm not certain exactly what level of status we are going to obtain once the CE is removed.
