If they close the doors they put themselves out of work. By never flying they have, and continue to keep themselves employed. They likely have their orders-keep the idea of flying alive, try to build and maintain mimentum and get them story to a plac e where they can do a RS, lower the os float and make it e3asier to sell off their holdings. Remember they have been collec ting salaries for decades while failing to fly. Why kill the goose who is laying the golden eggs.
Here is a scenario, MJ in a bar;
Girl-what do you do?
MJ-financial controller of US Global airways
Girl-where do you fly?
MJ-we don't.
Girl-do you have any planes?
MJ-no
Gir;-any destinations?
MJ-nope
GIRL-PILOTS, FLIGHT ATTENDANTS?
MJ-nope
Girl-So you run an airline with no flights, no planes, no routes, no crews and you get paid for that?
MJ-yes
Girl-What do you do then?
MJ-help to sell shares
Girl-how old is this airline?
MJ-well we aren't really an airline but better than saying you are in the trucking business. That would have made it impossible to sell shares. But this airline is new but all of our staff work for Baltia which is over 30 years old but we have not got around to changing our name yet.
Girl-``why not?
MJ-well we would have to open our books and they are Long overdue so really we are Baltia but thought un officially US Global can give us a bigger bang for someone else's dollar,.
