I actually am looking into this. I called the number and spoke to Mike. But he wouldn't speak with me since I was not the recipient of the email. I just got off the phone with Cherry, from the SEC, Human Resources division. She said the number belongs to SEC, but the email bit sounds strange. She will look into it and get back to me Tuesday.
