I think it depends on what happens with Big T.......if he stays even with a title change then my view is this year.......if a new CEO then who knows......when ARIAD changed CEO's I think Paris was there less than 16 months before the sale but that was an activist situation.

Maple - While I give the below buyout scenario a 1% chance of happening, it's possible. Just something to think about over the weekend since you asked...

- Note that the retention bonuses will be paid only if those key managers stay until March 1, which just happens to be a few days after this capital raise will close. Coincidence, or part of a larger orchestrated plan?

- It could be the BOD decided to sell ADXS last spring. They fire Dan. Lombardo is brought in and is given specific direction to get the company positioned to be sold and/or sold, which includes the following specific objectives:

- Shutdown non-core programs that the buyer isn't interested in (Done)
- Trim staff and reduce burn rate to include staff needed to support core programs only (Done)
- Retain key staff long enough (retention bonuses) to ensure EU filing submission for conditional approval for lead HPV program (Done)
- Raise enough capital (with key management team still onboard before retention period expires) to position ADXS to run itself for approximately 12-16 months (Done)

Upon achievement of the above, buyout at pre-negotiated price is agreed to be executed, and Lombardo steps aside. :)

Don't think the above happens, but IMO its possible given the timing of all these events, especially the capital raise and retention bonuses.

IMO, 99% ADXS stays standalone for now which IMO is the better way to go to build shareholder value, but I won't be surprised if we get BO news.
