Forgot about this. Hm, looks like the sale has been oked, so maybe that was why the 1/12 meeting was canceled. Doesn't appear all the paperwork had been signed, or at least at the time of the filling.
Maybe the judge had to sign off on the sale, before all the other parts got signed. There was the initial sales agreement that got signed, then the judge would approve it, then afterward the other parts would get signed. I guess.
Was there a price in the sale agreement? Did it appear that the stuff in the warehouse in VA was part of the sales agreement? What are the assests listed in part 4?
I wonder what the 2/13 meeting that was canceled was about.
