Well, after some further thought, I am focusing on the following statement:
"we expect to use to acquire additional businesses in the oil and gas industry, which include potentially acquiring an oilfield services business currently owned by two of our current directors."
So it's a gamble, what do John Huemoeller and John Zotos own together, I am not sure, I guess we could research it.
The alternate is to get out at .0075 cents give or take as of now
At this point I am going to wait on it. IF it rallies enough I would sell, but I am going to give these guys some leeway to see what they can do. I wonder if the Rooskies were the problem all along, but they will be out of the picture soon.
all this assumes the stockholders will approve, so we all have to make sure we get the proxy in. Otherwise they've made it clear that we get nothing.
