You couldn't be any more wrong. The tweet was a copy from Facebook post. Every year Brad uses his birthday to raise money for a non profit charity. He is doing so again this year with YMC. The tweet was the FB post cut off before the full post on FB because it was an auto post from FB to Twitter. dig a little deeper next time.
