That was a fair assessment and I would add the editorial comments and further opinions by posters often contradict the IR message when there is not a cut/paste email for comparison. To me the bottom line is the official line and Noelle line don't neccessarily match unless its in writing. Further, as you stated, the company focus on Value has never wavered publicly as the 30- sub 2 has occurred. Clean house of existing mgmt and VOTE NO to proxy.
