No doubt but Dietrich knew what he was getting into and he stole from the company, bribed the old Board to step away so he could continue the scam on behalf of these frauds and now needs to pay the piper and face the consequences. The old Board is not off the hook either as they had to of known what was going on and received compensation to turn the keys back over to this crook. They are not out of the woods either.
