you couldn't be more wrong. it's really simple, either you believe TC or not. if you don't, then that's ur choice. if you do believe, we already have money in the bank. imo, it's with one of the JV's already. tc is holding off because huge revs coming in from multiple sources..there will be NO rs and SS will be fixed shortly. if you haven't noticed, the os havnt gone up as in the past. it's all coming together. either you are on this rocket ship or you are on the sidelines. me personally, im strapped in and ready. in 30-60 days from now, either you or I will be correct. lets wait and see
