It certainly can, 'IF' the dogs of war on the trading floor, run a fair market in RXMD.

*** I don't know if any of you noticed yesterday (during the last hour), that the feed stalled a couple of times... Well, that could very well be a violation, of which the perpetrators (known as Market Makers) could possibly be fined or suspended for.

They're supposed to reach up & grab limit orders when they get flooded with high volume orders, but it appears as if RXMD's floor traders prefer not to do that.

If "YOU" suspect trading manipulation on this stock at some point during the day, call FINRA:

And report it!!!
